DESIGN

Bloc9 Architecture, LLC prides itself on our strong focus on design, while providing a personal and empathetic approach for our clients.  We believe in a collaborative process with our clients and the community. 

ARCHITECTURE

Bloc9 Architecture, LLC provides complete architectural and interior design services which include Concept Design, Schematic Design, Construction Documentation, assisting with Contractor Bidding, and Construction Phase Services.  Because of our strong focus on design, we believe in the seamless transition of the architecture of a building into the interior environment.  For Bloc9 Architecture, there is no line between the exterior and interior environment.  What sets us apart is our focus on design and client needs.

PROGRAMMING

At Bloc9 Architecture, LLC, we believe in the collaborative process with the client and community.  We understand that not all clients will come to us with the exact program needs and direction of a project.  Programming aims to help the client explore possible solutions and gain clarity of requirements to move forward.  The goal of programming is to assist the client in making the best decision and in turn developing the proper scope of work that relates to their vision and budget. 

This process demonstrates the projects feasibility and processes needed to execute the appropriate solution.  This is usually in sketch or conceptual form, and aims to assist the client in deciding if the project has grounds for execution.  At Bloc9 Architecture, LLC, we view ourselves as advisors for our client. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Bloc9 Architecture, LLC provides Project Management services that integrate our processes into the construction phase.  Our Project Management services go above and beyond the typical construction phase services an architect provides.  When our clients do not have direct relationships with contractors or are not well versed in the bidding phase, we help select bidders and manage the bidding process alongside the client, advising them and managing the construction process.
