We are very proud to have been selected as one of the winners for an International Competition that addressed the Henderson, Nevada Townsite area.

Our Competition Project, Project EMBED, adopted a people-centric approach to the redevelopment of the historic Henderson Townsite, which puts an importance on the connection between the home and the environment. The project utilizes the existing alleyways and converts them into a series of linear parks and wetlands, giving residents of Townsite DIRECT access and adjacency to a communal public space, while further enhancing the experience with a series of wetlands. Project EMBED also aimed to add additional multi-family units to underutilized or enlarged lots and provide prefabricated home upgrades for existing Townsite homes.
